I created much of the artwork that illustrated Arthur and Marilouise Kroker's book "Hacking the Future" (1995). Hacking the Future was meant to be prophetic, and it was. We were the people of the new millennium.

Cyber Sex (1995) was my first experiment with pushing the limits of low res digital images. I wouldn't get around to painting any until 1999, and painted my first large canvas in 2004 (collection RJ Fleck) based on this same image that was used to illustrate the Krokers' book.

The World Wide Web Self
This was a fish eye "globe" view of the early (640x480p, 256 color, Netscape 1.0 and Winsock) website I made for the Krokers based on a Jepordy game show board design. My own website menus, which are primarily visual, now look similar. Eventually even the corporate world caught up with its iPhone menu.
